By accessing or using the services provided by atoll-lumen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
atoll-lumen provides premium vehicle rental services in Birmingham and surrounding areas. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
To rent a vehicle from us, you must:
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking request does not guarantee confirmation. We will confirm your reservation via email once availability has been verified and payment arrangements finalised.
Payment is required in accordance with the terms specified at booking. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A security deposit may be required for certain vehicle categories.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period:
Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with UK road traffic laws. The following restrictions apply:
All rentals include standard insurance coverage as required by UK law. Additional coverage options are available. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance and any costs arising from traffic violations or parking penalties.
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location in the same condition as provided. Late returns may incur additional charges. Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
In the event of a breakdown or mechanical fault, contact us immediately. Do not arrange repairs without prior authorisation. Roadside assistance contact details are provided with each rental.
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
atoll-lumen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental period in question.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
